Our Directors

Marcus Astley graduated in French from Birmingham University, and he is still an active member of their alumni association. He also gained an MCIM post graduate qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is currently studying part time for a doctorate in HR Strategy. He has an extensive background in consulting services. Marcus is Managing Director of Niche.

Jon Mitchel graduated in Mathematics, took a technical programming career route and went on to become a Partner in a medium-sized systems integration house. Jon was a Director of Niche for 7 years and now has a consulting role with the business.
