Our Directors
Marcus Astley graduated in French from Birmingham University, and he is still an active member of their alumni association. He also gained a post graduate qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, becoming an MCIM. He has an extensive background in consulting services. Marcus is Managing Director of Niche.
Jon Mitchel graduated in Mathematics, took a technical programming career route and went on to become a Partner in a medium-sized systems integration house. Jon is responsible for our back office operations.
Tush Wijeratne is a graduate in Accounting and Finance from Southbank University and an associate of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development). Tush runs the day-to-day front office operations of the business.
