Niche has vetted resource with experience in design, build and implementation. Our experience covers an extensive range of products from SAP's R/3 suite, including for example mySAP CRM, Retail, IS Oil, and FI modules such as FM. Likewise we have resource available with technical experience of the Siebel, BAAN and Peoplesoft product ranges.
Here are some examples of the kind of work that Niche's associates have undertaken for clients:
- Provision of key team players on a challenging Siebel development project within an international banking environment. Staff provided by Niche assisted with the migration study, configuration and architecture set-up, customization and roll-out.
- Provision of multilingual CRM Consultants with the latest Siebel versions (from 7.0 to 7.8) to consultancies across Europe. Staff provided by Niche worked on a crucial and complex upgrade that included reporting; server upgrade installation; testing; tuning development, testing and production environments. The project also required the thorough clean-up of the Siebel database.
- Provision of deliverables to a large service-based business including business requirements specification, technical and application architecture, and software selection. The project also involved the production of an ITT, as well as negotiations with Systems Integrators and with SAP themselves. Consultants provided by Niche managed the preparation and approval of budgets, hardware and infrastructure specifications and implementation, SAP blueprint and realisation, procedures, and training materials. They also saw the client through training delivery, testing (system, integration and user), business change, migration, technical and business implementations, and post go-live support.
