Key deliverables have included: establishing a comprehensive reporting and management environment with daily and weekly proof point controls and processes; working with the client programme director and his team to achieve the commercial goals and payments through the definition of workable SLA's; setting out clear and quantifiable goals and objectives. Challenges would include: management of change control for a distributed on shore / offshore operation; liaising with onshore / offshore test, development and systems architecture teams, to produce a 'joined up', consistent and controllable approach; and establishing a distributed PMO for on shore / offshore operation with full reporting packs for both client and end customer.
